Kat Koppett is the Founder of Koppett + Company, and the Training Director of The Mop & Bucket Theatre Company. Her book Training to Imagine: Practical Improvisational Techniques to Enhance Teamwork, Creativity, Leadership and Learning is considered a seminal work in the field of using theatre and story to improve organizational performance. Koppett has designed and delivered programs for organizations of all kinds worldwide.
 
Will Ryan is the principal of Speaking of Health, addressing the educational needs of the diabetic community. Ryan has been speaking professionally for over 30 years while working at IBM and later as a consultant working in the company he founded, Systems Sales Support. He has delivered hundreds of speeches and also developed and taught a public speaking course at Berkshire Community College. Ryan has been a Toastmaster for many years and served as the District 53 Governor (CEO) covering 140 chapters in Connecticut, Eastern New York and Western Massachusetts.
