Firm History
Prior to establishing her consulting practice in 1989, Nancy Schultz spent 17 years with General Electric's innovative Plastics Division specializing in Customer Service and Inventory Management. She was a key contributor to the Customer Service restructuring project there highlighted in Tom Peters' Thriving On Chaos.

She has helped a number of institutions establish cohesive customer support strategies, clarify business rules, redesign processes, identify world-class practices, implement LEAN front office processes, and install new business information systems. She has also managed implementation projects, documented procedures, and coordinated functional and skills training.
